Ring-roller (micro powder) mills
Rollers run against multi-tier rings inside a rotating assembly. Small wear faces, high unit pressure — grade selection matters more here than anywhere else.
Ring-Roller parts we make most often.
Grouped by where the part sits in the mill. Anything not listed is still worth asking about — we match by drawing, not by catalogue.

Which grade should you be running?
The right answer depends on what you grind, not on what we would rather cast.
High-manganese grades work-harden under impact and hold up where lumps are hard and the loading is uneven.
High-chromium cast iron and Ni-Hard usually win on quartz, high-silica limestone, clinker and slag.
A composite or hardfaced part, with the overlay planned into the maintenance cycle rather than treated as a repair.
We will recommend against our own margin when it is the right call. If a cheaper grade will last you as long, we will say so — a part that comes back too early costs us the account.
Send us one part.
We’ll earn the rest.
A photo and a model number are enough to start. Tell us what you run, and what you are running it on — we will come back with the fitment, the grade we would choose for your duty, and a price.
